About our speaker:

Sydney March, BLA-Th, RN, BSN, PHN, MSB

Sydney has a BA in Theology from Christendom College, a BS in Nursing from St. Scholastica, an MS in Bioethics from the University of Mary, and certification in Catholic Health Care Ethics from the National Catholic Bioethics Center, of which she is also a member/supporter. She is currently working on her Master’s in Moral Theology, Certification for Emergency Nursing, and Health Care Ethics Certification.

She has over 15 years in healthcare. Since 2014 she has been an RN in the Emergency Department at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. Sydney is a  founding member of the ANW Program for Clinical Ethics and Values and a member of Abbott’s Ethics Committee since 2015. She has taught Nursing Ethics and Advocacy in the Allina Health New Grad Program. She is the Clinical and Prenatal Program Coordinator at Options for Women East. She is on the Medical Advisory Board for Elevate Life and leads Elevate Life’s Medical Collaborative meetings. She is also a board member of Curatio, a lay Catholic Apostolate for healthcare professionals. Sydney has a deep friendship with Our Lord and is married to a wonderful man who is also a healthcare professional.
