Join Sherri as she gives us some tools we can use when we notice a client or her support person is becoming very emotional or agitated. Also, she will help us notice when we are becoming dysregulated in a session and help us learn to regulate ourselves.

About our Speaker:

Sherri Conran MA, LMFT, obtained her Master’s degree from Adler Graduate School in Richfield, MN. in 2003. She has extensive experience in working with service members and their families; as well as working with couples, families, and individuals age 12+. Sherri is passionate about helping those who struggle with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Grief & Loss, Transitions, Shame, deployments, military lifestyle concerns, and various forms of trauma. She is also EMDR trained.  Sherri has a warm and affirming therapy style, and she feels honored to walk beside her clients as they face life’s challenges. She also enjoys integrating Christian faith into the therapeutic experience at the client’s request.
